Join us in our 16th year of this popular event taking place at Henley Leisure Centre and within the grounds of Gillotts School.
Swimming: The triathlon begins with a pool swim, where participants complete a designated distance in the controlled and safe environment of the swimming pool. This setup allows athletes of all swimming abilities to participate with confidence.
Cycling: After conquering the swim, competitors transition to the cycling stage. The cycling route winds through the scenic countryside surrounding Henley-on-Thames, offering both a challenging and visually captivating ride.
Running: The final leg takes participants to Gillotts School field for the run portion of the triathlon. The field provides an excellent running course, allowing athletes to showcase their endurance and determination as they approach the finish line.
Conveniently situated just outside the picturesque town of Henley, on the edge of the Chiltern Hills & the banks of the River Thames and boasting a spectator-friendly course, the Henley Triathlon is one not to be missed.

Do you have children that can't wait to become a triathlete?
Make a weekend of it and enter them in the Henley Kids Fun Triathlon on Saturday 31st May for 5-16 yr olds.
The Kids event has been over-subscribed for the last few years resulting in entries closing early, so be sure to avoid disappointment and book early.
